Let this be a warm introduction to you, my future audience.  I’m Travis A. Chapman, a Renaissance man who caught the bug to begin the hard work of authorship.  While I’ve had numerous story ideas over the years, I never gave much thought to trying my hand at publishing.  In 2010 I started to put some structure over a story which now bears the working title “Ascension: Map of the Stars”, which flows into a serial tale about a struggling Crusader, Fallondon Breck.  In 2014, while on rest & recuperation leave from a deployment to Djibouti, Africa, with the U.S. Navy, I read the experience and wisdom of Sean Platt and Johnny B. Truant in Write, Publish, Repeat.  I recognized that by self-publishing, I stood a chance at getting my ideas out into the world.
